Aftercare

After the 1st visit to Nails at Sea you will receive aftercare.

Read this carefully.

Because I can make them beautiful, but only you can keep them beautiful!

Why no artificial nails for under 16s?

Applying artificial nails (such as gel or acrylic) is allowed from the age of 16, but it is better from the age of 18.

This is because the nails have not yet grown before the age of 18.

The nails still contain far too many hormones, which can cause the artificial nails to fall off more quickly.

Gel or acrylic nails can also permanently damage the natural nails if they are bumped.

Of course we can imagine that you would like some color on your nails!

That is why we recommend that women under the age of 16 only apply gel polish to their natural nails.

This way your nails stay healthy and you are assured of a beautiful and shiny color for 2 weeks! At Nails at Sea, the age limit for artificial nails is 16 years and older.

Hygiene

Hygiene is number 1 in my salon.

Everything is cleaned after every customer and everyone has their own new file.

I work with Barbicide disinfectant.

I also always wear a work apron, gloves and face mask.

The hands are washed and disinfected before the treatment.

I also work with a dust extraction system.

Barbicide:

Barbicide is a broad-spectrum disinfectant at hospital level, it works quickly, easily and cost-effectively.

Barbicide works effectively against bacteria and fungi, fights pseudomonas, staphylococci and salmonella as well as HIV and hepatitis B and C.
