On this page you will find the new measures adapted to the guidelines of the RIVM.

The government has indicated that if we want to continue to carry out our work during this corona crisis, we must adhere to the updated approved protocol for the nail industry.

Naturally, we have made the necessary adjustments and drawn up new house rules.

This is for your and my health.

General and hygiene

For the customer

As you can see, we do our utmost to carry out our work in a responsible manner in accordance with government guidelines.

This also requires certain adjustments and understanding from you as a customer.

We have the following guidelines for you:

Do not shake hands when entering or leaving the salon.

I ask you to come alone (no children either)

Don't arrive too early, but certainly not too late for the appointment. (5 minutes early is fine)

Hang your coat/bag on the coat rack yourself.

Wash your hands before and after the treatment.

Disinfect your hands before and after the treatment.

Do not use your telephone! You can place it in the relevant container near the sink, including your jewelry, during the treatment (or keep it in your bag on the coat rack).

No drinks are consumed or served.

It is not possible to use the toilet, so do this at home before departure.

Payment by card or contactless, no cash.

Wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory when visiting the salon.

Appointments can only be booked via the online booking agenda.

You must cancel the appointment if you show symptoms of illness (this can be done free of charge 24 hours in advance)

The treatment will also be canceled if I am ill.

We are fully committed to quality nail treatments under safe conditions

Questionnaire regarding your health

This questionnaire was created for the purpose of determining whether you pose a risk to me or other customers.

We have chosen to only allow people into the nail studio for regular treatments who we know with great certainty are healthy.

We would like to make an appointment with you again, but we have a number of questions in advance:

Do you now have Corona? Do you have housemates/family members with Corona? Have you recovered from Corona less than 2 weeks ago? Do you have one or more of the following symptoms: cold/sneezing/coughing/sore throat/shortness of breath/fever (more than 38c)? housemates/family members with these symptoms? Are you in home isolation? Do you live in a nursing home or institution for people with an intellectual disability?

If the answer is "yes" to any of these questions, postpone the appointment if possible!

Mandatory measures in the salon:

Hands must be washed before each treatment. Disinfect hands before each treatment. Face mask is no longer required. If you have fever, cold symptoms, hay fever, or need to sneeze or cough, please reschedule your appointment. Are there any symptoms during the treatment? Then the treatment will be stopped and you will pay for the full treatment time. Please pay by card or contactless, NO cash. Please DO NOT use the toilet. Do this before you leave at home. DO NOT use your cell phone during the treatment. (In addition to providing more peace of mind during the treatment, a cell phone is a source of bacteria and viruses.) I would like to ask you to come to your appointment ALONE. (Also no children) Temporarily NO drinks are consumed or served in the salon.
